It’s possible but you may need to spend some serious money on that project, not talking about few hundred dollars due to there’s no out-of-box solution for that project

Well creating a visually similar page / site like that isn’t difficult at all. Its the functionality that you may be looking for is what is important. Meaning you may be looking for more of a ‘developer’ than a ‘designer’.
