You can contact with item author or Envato help center they will help you to solved your issue.
One license for only one domain if you want to for second domain then existing license will not working.

as far I know you need theme Author support to fix the license registration. Out of interest may I know what error are you getting when trying to activate/register.

Provided liscence says License has not been verify. This is the error I was getting…

please contact theme Author and let them know. Also you can check documentation (will be better if they have online documentation) hope you will get help how to register theme. Thanks
