Hello, I recently purchased SF-Subtitles for my PC (a tool for After Effects) and am now having issues. I had the tool working fine but had to reset my PC back to factory defaults because of an issue and now when I try to use SF-Subtitles in After Effects, I get an error message that reads, “License is already active on maximum allowed product instances, please deactivate this license from the active domain(s) and try again!” even though I’m using the same PC I initially installed everything on. I really don’t want to have to pay again and I don’t know how to deactivate the old license as this is my first time using anything from Envato. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
