Licensing a video graphic for a customer

I want to purchase a lower thirds graphic that will be used in a series of free modules walking a person through a software. Each video would introduce the person talking about the software update.

  1. Would I have to purchase a license for each individual video? This would be too pricey with some of the videos being so short…
  2. Would one purchase cover all the videos for that series of software?
  3. Would one purchase cover all the videos that are produced by the company I am buying it for?

Either way it would probably be wise to have the client purchase and license the item to make it easier to access any updates or necessary paperwork
