If your auditory less than 10 000 people your can buy music on audiojungle with “music standart license”.
The cat is semi-right. You only need a standard license for Youtube use (video and audio), but it doesn’t matter how many views there are. Number of views only come into play when you’re on about broadcast use, downloads, DVDs etc.
