What is difference between download with license and download without license?? If i create name of license (youtube) and download the file, will I be able to use that file for Facebook after my subscription finished? 
I don’t like licensing in envato. this needs to be improved. Why can’t i use the file that i downloaded after my subscription is over? Why can’t i redownload them?

You have to be actively Subscribed to the platform(elements) when the project is going on and completed I.e you cannot stockpile items for future use and cancel the subscription. The licenses you get for items you download and register from Envato Elements are only valid if you complete your End Products while your subscription is active. Then the license continues for the life of the End Products (even if your subscription ends).
Envato Elements provide subscription base service. So, you will need to be actively Subscribed if you want to download anything from Envato elements.

Downloading without licensing is just for ‘trying out’ the file. If you use that file in an end product that ends up on Youtube or Facebook, then you need to license it. Likewise, if you use the content in a different project… you still need to license the file again (even if you still have it on your machine) so the author can be compensated accordingly. But yeah… no downloading of anything when you’re no longer subscribed, that would go against the terms of the subscription if such a feature was available.
