License revoked

I am have purchased 2 license for Master Premium Personal Blog WordPress ThemeVersion: 2.4.1 for 2 separate word press sites the new site is accessing the old license rather than the new license. I have tried uploading the new theme files multiple times and it still is reading the old license. I can see this because the purchase code matches on both sites. I contacted support yesterday and not received any response.

You did contact the author not envato support right? This would need to be looked at by the author of the plugin not envato

I did, I have also looked at posts about author and there has been comments made about them not responding.
