I purchased a web template and now trying to upload it to the wordpress account when I got an error message “the package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.” Can I get some help with this please?

I am not seeing a file with the name of the theme in there. What do I do now?
Are you sure that you have purchased a WP theme? What is the file link?

Unlikely. As @charlie4282 already explained you have a PSD template not a theme. EVEN if you had a theme, WIX uses its own coding/themes and therefore nothing from Envato will work on it.
My best advice to you is to find a decent web hosting company and start from scratch.

I tried all of them the first one did not work out as you said but the others keeps tellng me that I need a .css stylesheet even though they re for wordpress. I am confused at the moment.
Legal Stone is a theme so you just need to install the correct THEME folder and NOT the entire download
