HI I downloaded a graphics pack over a year ago and every once and awhile it makes me reinstall the entire program. This time its now telling me I used my code three times and reached my download limit how the heck to I keep using this. Envato support request says it may take up to four days to respond…I don’t have that long. Anyone know how to get up and running again?
no answers…nothing from support. Project due tomorrow…awesome.
What ever happened with this? I have not had this problem (yet) but am interested in knowing how your problem was handled.
Nothing! I still don’t have access to the product I bought. It says I used the key code three times (which I did because once a year I have to reinstall it) now I guess I’m SOL. I’ll have to buy something else. I guess its not a lifetime license. No responses from support.
If you have an issue with an item, always best to contact the author, as they’ll be the best person to help… and they’ll probably get back to you quicker than Envato Support:
They told me to contact Envato…this is horrible. I won’t buy from here again.
