Tengo una plantilla descargada de su página: BeTheme de mi propiedad
Licencia No. 84e96bca-…cc1c
Se usó en un sitio web anterior, que ya no está en uso y al que no tengo acceso.
Solicito reinstalarlo en un sitio nuevo y me pide que elimine ese registro:
“Código de compra ya utilizado. Anule el registro del código de compra y elimine la carpeta del tema en: www.elpatiodelosnaranjos.com "
Solicito ayuda para solucionar este problema.

for solving purchase code or item license issue will need to get support from the item author. They (author) are the right team to help. you can contact item author through item comments page or author profile page or best option is through item support page.
