Good morning all.

I would like someone to help me. I have an Envato account which was made a few years ago by a colleague (who does not remember this email) for the installation of the Enfold Child theme and therefore registered with an API key. Today I have to transform this API key into a Private Token but I do not know the email address with which the account was registered and I am blocked for updates.
I know the identifier and the API key but I am blocked from entering my Envato account.
Can you help me in this mess. In the meantime, thank you

To get working with envato api (personal token) you must have to use the original purchaser account. You can generate Envato API personal token here . Please make sure you set required Token permissions. It may prompt you to sign into your Envato account.
