I am an author and a blogger. I have set up my own blogs using the free WordPress themes so far. I have several blogs including one I share with twelve other authors, but I am the owner of this blog as well. If I purchase the WP theme Mist by ZoZo Themes, do I pay a one-time fee for the theme? Also, may I use this theme for more than one of my blogs, or do I have to purchase a separate licence for each of my blogs?

You have to purchase separate regular licenses for each blog.
