Hi all,

I’m just wondering if you can buy an HTML Site Template bought here for my own Association.
Th Licence says “Use in an end product that’s sold”, but if it is for an reselling Association?

You can sell the file to a client however:

  • for every site you build using a file it has to have an individual license eg new purchase

  • you have to modify the file sufficiently so that you are not just reselling the original

  • you can’t resell it or a version of it on envato without the authors permission

Any resell for me. Just using the template as template Website Hosting association.

If you want to sell it as part of a hosting pack etc then you will need a unique license for everyone who buys it
