Licence Problem

I purchased this script and it doesn’t work. Because every now and then it asks me to enter the license but it is not recognised. I contacted the author but he can’t solve the problem.
What should I do?

Unfortunately license verification etc. is managed by the author not envato.

Appreciate you say that the author cannot solve the problem but it’s created by their verification system so no one else is going to be able to help resolve it

Contact the author and request a proper solution. If the author is unable to solve the “activation” problem, you can request refund
