hello i purchased on ,my envatoelements account this template

this installation needs lycence of different component that are not free.
wher ei can find the licence files t oupdate the template and the other ocmponents?

Envato Elements provide a subscription based service for unlimited downloads where Envato Market (like themeforest, codecanyon, graphicriver, videohive, audiojungle, photodune ) is marketplace to sell individual items. In envato market there is no subscription service.

Elements is separate than Envato Market. Actually, You downloaded the item from Envato Elements not purchased from Envato Market/ themeforest.

If you like, you can certainly purchase the Item license individually from Envato Market which may come with 6 months of Author support and life time free update download.

so how can i do to have the licence?
Got no sense that you give me free template not working with actual version and i cant update … for me is only a lose of time like that

All items on Envato Elements are created by independent authors. Due to this and the nature of Envato Elements unlimited subscription, Products on Elements are sold as is and therefore don’t come with Author support and update. If you like, you can certainly purchase the Item license from Envato Market (themeforest.net) which will come with 6 months of Author support and regular update.

Envato Elements does not provide direct item support. All items on Envato Elements are created by independent designers. Due to this and the nature of our unlimited subscription, we cannot provide direct technical support or advice on the use of items.

If you read the small print, then it makes it quite clear that Elements is very different from the marketplace where you can get support from authors.

The difference is with the marketplace you are buying ONE item, but with usually 6 months support included. With Elements yes you can pay a fixed monthly fee, but that does not mean you get the support you might want or need.
