I have download all the documents for a theme. I do not find the licence. i have to log in a support center and they ask for licence. In the downloaded document regarding the licences is nothing specified.
please provide support,

When you click ‘download’ button In your profile then there should be an option labelled ‘License Certificate & Purchase Code’ - it’s in there

this is resolved.
i have another issue. i received yesterday an update. I followed the usual process of uploading the update. the message received is:
Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.

issue no 2. I am importing a them and the message received is:
Internal Server Error (500)

You’ll have to contact the author through that support center you mentioned earlier for this.
