Learn more about Envato requirements to publish a Plugin

Hello,
I have just received an email about my first Plugin sent to the CodeCanyon marketplace informing me that it is refused.
part of the email:

unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this it`em again.

My Plugin is an Add-on from Ali2woo allowing to display a personalized message in place of the Add To Cart button when the product does not have Shipping Methods.
The plugin is now hosted in the official WordPress Plugins directory : https://wordpress.org/plugins/shipment-based-product-for-ali2woo/

So technically my plugin complies with the development requirement.

I post here, for people more experienced than me, to give me some explanation.

I haven’t checked all the details but this may be achieved free extensions for WooCommerce. The item may not be good enough to sell
