LayersWP and ThemeForest requirements

I’m developing a LayersWP Child Theme and I got a soft rejection about ThemeCheck and W3C errors that come from Layers (and Contact Form 7).

My child theme has almost no HTML from myself. It’s mostly CSS and I can’t control what Layers generates.
Same for ThemeCheck errors.

What to do in this case? There are Layers child themes sections on ThemeForest, what did they do to get approved?

If error comes from parent theme Layerswp just mention that to reviewers in comment for reviewers filed next time when you upload your theme.
