Law Practice Theme Install - Including Demo Data

Can anyone point me in a direction of a decent guide to install this theme and include its demo data. I’m completely new to these feature sets in WP and some seam broken. The package documentation is not helping. Been at this for hours. I simply want to install the site and have it look exactly like the one I purchased. I can learn from there much easier. Thanks!
