I really need some help and assistance please. I purchased 2 laundry booking and management script Laundry booking and management script by skymoonlabs | CodeCanyon and iLaundry : Dry Cleaning & Laundry Service Booking with POS | Single & Multi Branch Complete Solution by kms_agency and their support is so aweful and I keep going round in circles with them. They are from India and are not helping me at all.
Can someone kindly please help me or suggest a good Laundry booking and management script so I can integrate this on my website.

Depending on “integration” the first one (PHP) can be installed on your server and you should be able to use it.

I agree with @ki-themes the first script is a PHP one, and that shouldn’t be causing issues. You have to bear in mind, that scripts are provided on the marketplace and with the best will in the world, the buyer also needs to have a degree of understanding and technical knowhow when it comes to installing and managing these products.
The other script (without testing) looks ok.
It really depends on what YOU yourself are expecting from a script? Bear in mind that both of these scripts are a total of $80 so it’s not like you paid thousands of dollars and still got nowhere.
The fact the authors are from India is neither here or there, and not all authors from India are therefore bad. I would suggest you reach back out to these authors, and take the time and trouble to explain what you are having issues with. If the scripts are not working, then that is one thing. If however, the scripts are not matching your exact expectations, or you want customisations to match your needs, then that would cost you money.

I tried but no luck. Both support was not very helpful. They kept asking for my database hostname, let me check, what is the password etc and I have provided with all the information the first time and double checked.
If someone can help and assist me I an wiiling to pay a small fee just to get it up and running.
I’ve sent you a Direct Message - but also try to see if the authors can help you. I’ve sent them both messages to invite them to this topic!
