Kriesi enfold theme how do I get support.

There seems to be no option/field on their site to ask a question. I used to be able to ask a question, talk with a person and they would even log into my site evaluate and fix if needed. Does anyone have a link to that section of the kriesi site?

Is your support still active? As standard new purchases come with 6 months support but after that it would need extending
