I had purchased a html first for autowork and then theme from kopatheme . They are pathetic in support and desiring unrealistic money for the bugs in their themes . You can see the complete follow up and messages in comments section in autoworke theme marketplace of envato.

in between i spoken to them via webchat after 6 days of followup when even they show online . Used there ticket system for 18 days . no result . had confirmed from them so many things before purchase and I was the first purchaser of the theme .
They are truly non professional and eating people money . I need refund of the theme and html money as that is of no use . They are not even replying for the same .
I trust envato . give me a fare advice on this and help me to get my money back from this money eater .
