I want to make my own help/knowlegde based webpage.

Looking for a website like this:

It is very easy and plain website, only it should be in wordpress.

Needs:

  1. A very plain table of content like the example (with plus and minus)
  2. And a index (with words i tag in the wordpress enviroment)

Design quality of that page is not good enough to get approval at TF but as I have seen, there are already few “KB” themes.

Is there someone who can make it? And what will it cost?
