If you have the copy already, you can use it but you may have some issues with compatibility.

Thank you but I would like elementor premium account because I need more options what I wanted for my design, I can’t buy for money, thanks.
I would suggest WordPress core “gutenberg&blocks” instead of using any third party plugin.
