Hello. I have bought this template Kayak - Fashion and Lifestyle Responsive PrestaShop 1.7 Theme by fieldthemes. but that in the specifications it indicates that it is compatible with PS 8.0, but it does not work. I’ve been trying to activate this template on my PS for a month but it fails to install, or it leaves the page blank. After almost a month of talking to the support service, they have not provided me with a solution. I have requested the refund of the money but they don’t even answer me anymore. What I can do?.
