Recently, two pages on our website stopped working and showed fatal error messages. As the site administrator, I have not been working on the website, so I don’t understand why the website stopped working.
I then had our hosting provider upload a previous backup hoping that our website would be working again. This did not work.
This morning I uploaded a theme update for the Karma Responsive theme and I also updated the Wordpress version.
Now the whole site is showing fatal error messages. How do I fix this?
We need this fixed ASAP. This website is for a medical practice and patients need to access the website.
