I ave purchased multiple licenses from kallyas theme using theme forest.
However i am not able to register my themes and neither import any data, This has been a sudden issue from past 25days before that it was working absolutely fine.
My hosting provider told me that the theme provider server has blocked your ip and access to their server.
they provided me with telnet and ping reports.
Its been many days I am trying to contact to theme support but their replies are pathetically slow.

All my licenses are not working. The license which are connected to theme show connected bt cannt import adons or anything… and if i unlink and try to connect with same license it doesnt work any more.
I have made many attempts to contact author but its very very slow…
My hosting provider said they have blocked your IP and you need to connect with theme author and take their help.
I request theme author to help …
or someone who has some knowledge… please help…
I have also complained to envato regarding the same…
I always had great experience with them that that is the reason i bought more than one license over time… But after this recent issue I am really frustrated…
If they want me to buy support or something i can do that also, but they hardly reply.
I even told them in ticket i will surely buy more license but their replies are very very late…
And my hosting provider is saying its theme provider server issue.

I had left comment also in their comment section on theme…
We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are using SiteGround hosting for our server and it seems that they block certain IPs that are involved in hacking or spam. In such cases, we are forced to contact them and ask them to unblock our clients IPs, when they are affected.
As a solution, we will be moving our server away from them, however, we do not have an ETA for this at the moment.
