Hello, I am a rookie (so that may help the problem). I’m trying to submit a ticket to kaine labs for a Youzer problem. I get my license code (which has 5 more months of service on it) from Envato and put it in the proper box, but it keeps saying license code does not seem to be valid…when it is. I’ve tried different browsers and I’ve also removed the dashes from the code. Any ideas?
