Just bought theme and licence does not work.

Good afternoon everyone,

I just bought a theme called Alone
I followed the tutorial following the purchase to set the theme on my wordpress.
Now i want to register the theme to have a specific demo data and the process to do so chokes when i enter the registration number received.

Do you have any idea to get a working registration number or to get the specific demo data ?

Envato purchase code is the key of License. So for getting the license key Customer should to collect the purchase code:

Thanks for your answer @mgscoder , i followed process steps as your link mentioned it. Still having Invalid purchase code :cry:

You can send them a direct email going through the author profile page in Envato market, there you will find a contact form. let them know about the problem you are facing through the contact form.
