Just bought an UNUSABLE sketch UI kit but NO SYMBOLS

I’ve just bought a sketch UI kit for $599 and it is unusable!!! :frowning:
There are no symbols at all: If I wanna change a button, I’d have to do it 41 in files on many places. In 2021. For $599. Go figure :-1:

I just want my money back ASAP. How to do it?
