Is there anyone who is in the same boat as me, payment using the Bank Transfer method, haven’t received an email, but only got an email statement to download.
Does the payment indicate failure.

We’re in the same boat, have experienced this in May and the payment email was received 2-3 hours after the statement email. Hopefully this didn’t indicate payment failure, fingers cross

@BenLeong I also experienced the same thing, the statement can be downloaded for the month of June but there is no payment to paypal via email, usually the statement can be downloaded after the payment email to paypal is available, why have there been so many problems lately? I’ve never changed payment via paypal since the beginning until now

Last month the statement came first, then comes an email about 6 hours later that Envato sent you the money, so it’s too early to worry.
