JobSearch 1.2.8 Support Nightmare

My developer bought Job/Search 1.2.8 to run a job site for one of my clients. The plugin seems to have some potential, but I’ve had a bunch of problems with it, it has almost no documentation, and repeated attempts to contact the developer through his ticketing system, email, and Skype have gotten no response.

Can anybody tell me how to either find out how to actually contact this phantom dev or get some help making the plugin work? I’ve bought a lot of items through Envato over the years but have never had as many problems getting simple questions answered as I have with this item.
