Jobify support not accessible

I bought Jobify & support - I cannot access support - it gives an error saying “Connection failed. Envato user “smarta-brett” already connected by another account.”

it appears the sale may be registered to the wrong account or something - can you help me out

Hi @smarta-brett,

Use the theme comments page and the author profile page contact form to let them know that you are facing issue. Maybe you already registered to their support forum, you can try to use the account by forget pass options (if exist).
