We are seeking a support agent or looking to collaborate with WordPress authors. We sell WordPress themes, and our customers generate 1-2 support tickets daily concerning product use and difficulties with demo installations. Therefore, we require someone to assist our customers with these issues. Your responsibilities would include answering questions about WordPress, WordPress themes, popular plugins, googling issues online, and occasionally providing CSS tips to resolve certain problems, such as adjusting logo size.
Typically, the workload is about 20-40 minutes per day (approximately 10-15 hours a month), making it a suitable side job. No phone calls to customers are necessary; you will only be responding to text-based tickets.
