Job Monster Theme, On Job Dashboard Login/Register Button Error

Dear Author. Now, I have an issue with
(1) Log In, Register Button on Menu of Home Page
(2) Can Log in/Register unless click on Refresh the website for 1 minute then it’s going to stuck again.
(3) Candidate/Employer Dashboard can’t Refresh, Clone, Edit or Delete the job.
Please help me how to solve it.?? What the issue will be?
