Envato should please resolve my account issues completely, why would you unlock my account and didn’t return the items I repay for to my download page?
Now the code author been waiting for envato to update that the payment has been repaid so they can continue with installation, now envato is on that for 5days now, why such delay?
Is payment hard to confirm? And if you don’t confirm it at first place, why was my account got unlocked?
Is this intentionally doing?
