Items being removed, this is ridiculous

Hi,

How is it possible, bought template 1 week ago, including support.
Template has now been removed. This was a new template called Woodmart.
Who can give me advice for money back. This is ridiculous!! :triumph:

I’d suggest initially contacting the author as it may be a temporary issue.

If that doesn’t work then email suppprt and I would expect you may get a refund if the purchase was so recent.
