Item tab displays no support and double VAT

On all my items despite I support my items is giving a message that I don’t support that item.
Also the VAT is displayed twice.

I already have low sales but something like this that I don’t support does not help.
Please envato, fix this.

Also clicking on ‘What is support’ doesn’t work (IE 11)
