Item Support. (Uploaded the theme today)

Hello all!

I have uploaded a WordPress theme for a review. Took more than 7 months to realize my dream. Here is the demo URL:

I have a question regarding the item support. Currently, I signed up for ticksy.com. But I had been reading that ticksy.com is down time after time. Is it still the case about it now? What other authors would suggest me for this who are already using ticksy.com for customer support tickets? I shall appreciate if fellow authors suggest me the best solution for customer support.

Also, is it possible to outsource customer support? In this way, I can have more time to focus to do more work. Replying to support tickets can consume a big part of my time. Which reliable resources/places fellow authors would recommend to me to outsource customer support tickets to for the best experience for my customers.
