I submitted my UI Template 4 days ago and I still didn’t receive any response, is there any chance for my item to get accepted because of this delay

Actually impossible to say as there is no guaranteed review time, but your item should be reviewed as soon as possible. You can often refer to the average review times at the link below as a guideline, but these are just averages (Times are indicative only, based on the average wait time for each site over the last 7 days) and the actual review time could be few days shorter or longer than those listed:

Yup sure I checked the link before but as you said it’s just average, I don’t have a problem for this delay but I just hope it to be accepted

Just be patient, maybe you can move forward in the next project, I remember that a while ago one of our teams had to wait 60 days for a WPTheme, so don’t despair.
If you want you can put a link to your project to give an opinion on it.

approved item depends on item quality. there is no relation with review time. Please keep patience, hope they will review as quickly they can. Thanks
