Why are not the review standards consistent?

Had this product approved:

So you would think that other similar products would not be rejected with made-up reasons that were not invoked for previous products.

Question:
How can we, the creators, build a relationship with Envato based on trust and respect if our interactions are always trivial and non-consistent?

Ps.
I’m not going to tell you that your review process idea is flawed from the start and just have a look at ■■■■ and how smooth things go there, because that’s not the point :slight_smile:

What would you suggest?

No one can suggest anything. Bcoz now no one listens to authors here. Reviewers are the real boss. They can do whatever they want to. Envato has no control over them. I guess now even the owners of Envato can’t question them.
