Item Rejected once again

Hello, once again my item is rejected, I am not sure what is the issue now. I followed each and every step but got an email after 15 minutes of submission that the item was rejected.

Why is that, this is a hard reject

Tools like this can be found online for free, I think the issue is the concept.

May be, but there is no tool offering what this tool is offering. this is openai powered resume builder, the user can create resume for him/her using chatgpt.
