Item Re-uploaded as Instructed (soft-Reject)

Hello,

As requested in the previous review, I deleted the item and re-uploaded it under the correct category (JavaScript). The content and quality remain unchanged—only the category was updated as per the instructions.

However, the item has not been approved this time.

Could you please clarify the reason?

Hi @premiumpik,

If any item is not uploaded in the correct category then the review team does not review the item and is advised to upload it in the correct category.

So, I can guess in your case your item was not reviewed because of an unsupported category. When you uploaded in the correct category then it got reviewed but unluckily got rejected.

Soft Reject, they’ll tell you what to do in the email, just work on it and submit it again.
