It’s obvious that the product is working as it should;2376 sales and a rating of 4,54.
That sounds more like a conflict with the builder or theme being used and not the plugin being broken or at fault.
You may get a refund but that’s not a straight up issue with the item
Nothing broken in theme, I am also developer checked with other theme as well, I shared specific error.
