One of my rejected item (Rendizer) has the message “Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Rendizer” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.”

With respect this is a fairly long way off the standards and you should spend some time familiarising yourself with the quality and detail of the existing big selling items.
The one-page concept has been done a million times before and again with respect to a higher standard with a lot more on offer.
Generally speaking, the design feels really out of date and is not helped in particular by typography (font choices, hierarchy styling), colour combinations (esp. this version http://hmdevelopers.com/demos/rendizer/index_donation_web.html), and spacing (for example all the sections have far too small padding top/bottom) that don’t work
