For me the template looks okay - but the decision is up to the reviewer 
The template can still be improved in some areas -
Like the heading “What i do.” No punctuation is used and spacing b/w letters is huge. (My view)
The contact form can be more beautiful.
The hero content still looks awkward - (may be I have bad eyes).
If you did this much you can still do more. So, why limit the features of template? Add more and you might have better chance of getting approved.
