If you mean your comments deleted from the Item (you have purchased) then please contact Envato Customer support Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to tell you details about it.
I am surprised why you are not using ratings option to share your experience with that specific item. where Envato forum is for all the community (Customers, Authors, Staff) not for a specific item/author.

This right was taken away from me only because it does not agree with my
opinion. Does it seem normal for me to be denied the right to a refund?
I took that topic and on the same day I applied for a refund. Because it
was not suitable for what we wanted. I changed the platform and switched
to wordpress and got another theme the same day which was ok. Did that
bother me that I refused that theme? it is a public right but they have
only proven that they are not serious. And it will take me personally to
notify others about them.
This is why situations like this need to be handled with support as @mgscoder suggested.
For clarity, authors are not able to remove reviews/comments, that has to be done by envato themselves having reviewed the context.
Envato’s T&Cs that we all agreed to, does state that changing your mind does not necessarily constitute a refund which does suggest that any negative feedback relating to the author declining the refund may be removed.
Either way you need to address it with support who will have the details and are the only people able to take action.

The author is supposed to decline refunds in this situation. “Don’t shoot the messenger.” Instead, dispute the refund request with Envato, as they are the ones who can make a policy exception for you.
