Greetings, I have purchased a theme on themeforest and applied a one year support to it. In order for the theme to work, it needs plugins that the author provides in an external link which does not work. I have written to him several times but he has not responded while my development slows down so much and I have no response from anyone. The question is . I can claim my money from the platform. The author must return the money spent. that protects me when buying here.
