Find the date/time settings on WordPress admin panel and change it as you wish

Go to your wordpress admin dashboard > settings > General Settings and change your ‘Date Format’ and you’re done. Check the image. Cheers.

If you need more modification, you should contact the theme author for support. You may need to get some codes changed/modified
