It has been 7 days since uploading game assets but there is no answer. there is no rejection or acceptance. whom should I ask?

it took about 4 days to have my flyer reviewed and accepted , i guess it takes longer for game assets , i was not sure if reviewing teams were the same or not in this case …

currently average wait time for Print Templates 4 days and your item got reviewed in 4 days. So, the review time is fine with the currently average wait time. Currently the average wait time for game assets are 8 days and it could be few days shorter or longer.

does this mean that teams reviewing are not the same buddy? or is there another reason for this that u may know?
